2 · Your Details
Exactly as they appear in your passport — these go on your visa application forms, so spelling matters. Upload your passport in step 1 and most of this fills in automatically.
3 · What Happens Next
Once your details are saved and every document shows Approved, your case manager will confirm your consultation — where we collect any hard-copy originals that immigration requires. We review uploads within one business day; anything that won't pass immigration's standards gets flagged here with the reason, so check back or watch your messages.
